A series of coffee tables simply inspired by the iconic shape of the jellyfish, whose typical soft and smooth body is enclosing its internal structure, from which tentacles are suspended. It is not the typical table that can be filled to the edge. The shape forces actually the user to select and place the objects with attention. Our intention was that the tables should be made all from one single material, to preserve the simplicity and the iconic in the expression. The material should make it possible to have a thin and light structure to support the more robust top plate that we at the same time sought to give the smooth and rounded form as the jellyfish. Working in metal made it possible to obtain these requirements, so the tables are entirely made of metal; a steel structure with a top plate pressed from a metal sheet. They are powder coated, so they can be used both indoor and outdoor.
