GamFratesi has been awarded best upcoming designer in Denmark 2008. The annual design award organized by Bolig Magasinet covers ten categories including architecture, product design, interior etc. In the jury was the minister of culture Brian Mikkelsen, director of Danish Design Center Christian Scherfig, Bolig Magasinet editor in chief Louise Lehrmann, director of Muuto Kristian Byrge, designer Christian Flindt and the journalist Anette Eckmann.
